I recently damaged two internal recycling bins that had been fitted in our kitchen approximately 5 years ago. I was struggling to find replacements having tried all the usual suspects – Amazon, Screwfix etc, and then I stumbled across DIY Luxury Kitchens via a Google search for the brand of bin, and the extremely helpful Fiona. My email enquiry was dealt with promptly after hours (which in itself is a rare occurrence these days) by her in person (not AI or a live chat), and after we had exchanged a few messages and images, the order was placed. The bins arrived promptly and well packaged, and thankfully they fit perfectly.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience, and would like to pass on my thanks to Fiona who was most helpful, despite my enquiry being for a relatively low cost item in comparison to what their typical order must be.
